Humber Valley Resort provides a Guest Experience department to develop and organise the various activity programmes that guests can enjoy during their stay. Additionally the Resort is continually looking for new partnerships to increase the variety of activities on offer to enhance the overall experience of a vacation in the Humber Valley.

The following areas form the core of the activities and entertainments that guests can enjoy at Humber Valley Resort.

Eagle’s Perch Shop

Open year round, the Eagle’s Perch shop acts as an information centre where guests can gain information and book the various activities and experiences on offer. It also provides the collection point for equipment such as snow shoes or ice skates available for guest usage on a complimentary basis.

Beach House Activity Centre

Situated on the lower level of the Beach House and accessible from the deck, the activity centre provides the perfect location for operating the various water based activities available during the summer season. As with the Eagle’s Perch Shop guests can find information on all the events of the day and collect bicycles, kayaks or sail boats for complimentary use. (Note Only bikes and paintball are available at Eagle’s Perch Shop in the fall).

The Beach House activity Centre also provides a base for the Kids Club and Teen Camps, which provide a full programme of activities and adventures for each age group.

Junior Play Area

A fun selection of jungle gyms, slides and climbing frames is available right in the grounds of the Beach House. Parents can relax as the children play nearby.

The Beach

Recently enlarged to provide a flat, sandy area permanently above the high water mark the beach provides an excellent venue for all the family. Whether it is relaxing or playing games the beach is always popular. The new area provides the location for the outdoor ice rink in the winter and year round bonfires. Other activities include volleyball, water trampoline & slide, pedal boats in summer.

Longer term plans provide for larger scale enhancements to the Resort’s amenities. These include a Swimming pool and Fitness Centre, on site equestrian facilities, a second golf course and a marina.
